How do I request a booking?

Our booking system is a simplified process. You can place a booking request online on our website or you can call us on 91-9979255418. Our team after verification finds the nearest truck for you.

Can I place a booking with multi-point pick-up and drop?

You can definitely do so. However, extra costs for the extra point of delivery or pick-up will be levied accordingly. Our team will provide you with the additional cost incurred at the time of booking.

Can I change the vehicle type after it has reached the pick-up point?

You can change the vehicle type after it has reached its pick-up destination at an extra cost. You will be charged a cancellation fee as per the company terms and conditions.

How many days or hours in advance do I need to make my booking?

Currently we are accepting bookings at the least 24 hours prior to your desired pick-up time.

Who will generate an e-Way Bill?

Consignor or Consignee, before movement of goods, needs to generate Part A & B e-way bill. e-way Bill is not required for household items.

Are your services available round the clock?

We understand that the nature of manufacturing dictates that there is really no time off. As a logistics provider to the manufacturing community, we have service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Do you provide Door to Door Services?

We offer door to door service of goods from your supplier base, to your manufacturing or warehouse facility. By having one company manage all elements of the process, you are ensured that every element is working together synchronously. One point of contact will help you overcome any difficulties you may encounter, it also decreases time-consuming paperwork.
